Here are the viable ways to immigrate to the US.  Each route has its own requirements.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

It seems to me that the Diversity Visa is the closest match based on your post.

DV sounds the only realistic option.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Each of you can try the DV lottery but bringing the other would take years

Lottery winners need to show education and/or work experience

Just a thought

Where would you go to live?

without family or good good friends here to show you the ropes of life in US ,  it would be hard

even those who come to be with a spouse or family have a hard time adjusting

not to say give up but apply for DV and God bless you and the best to you

Go to university and earn a degree in a desirable field, like CS.   Then find an American company that will petition you for a work visa.

Once you have a green card, you can petition for your mom.

As OP is a minor, he wouldn’t be eligible to enter the DV lottery.

once he has citizenship he can sponsor his mum but all this sound a very long time in the future.
