I think it would it to be at the immigration court nearest to one of these addresses:

 

* that listed on your custom’s declaration  

 

* that reported on your last AR-11

 

* that which received your green card 

 

I suggest filing AR-11 online now and indicate what your current US address is.

You can enter the USA, and see if CBP gives you a notice to appear or tells you that you will to be getting a notice to appear. Or if neither happens, maybe someday in the future you might get a notice to appear.  
 

You should get a USA phone number, call USCIS, ask for a tier 2 officer, and then ask the officer the status of your I-751.
