Hi, My case got Documentary Qualified on Feb 2020, initially i submitted Tax Return for 2018, and since I'm waiting for interview do i need to upload Tax transcript for 2019 and 2020 before my Interview? and will it cause any further delay due to uploading new document to CEAS?

You run the risk of unqualifying your case.  Wait until after the interview is scheduled or just bring to interview.

FWIW, only the most recent tax information is required.

YMMV

I agree with @payxibka.  I would just bring the latest tax documents to the interview.... and an updated I-864.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You will need to bring several items.  I would take an updated I-864, especially if current income has changed.

This happened with me and I brought the most recent tax transcript with me to the interview, along with an updated I864. There were no issues.
