😉 That's how I saw the additional requirements on Nigerian Consulate site. So many different places to look to ensure you're covered. I spend hours just looking through websites and interestingly I find something new each time. 

 

It's hard, but you're closer to the finish line than the starting line. Praying 🙏🏿 your stress decreased and peace increases.

Thank you for the information. Guess it’s a bit too late now that we missed that tid but. In any case at this point he and I will probably be waiting for awhile. Almost at the seven month mark on AP.

Timeline

Soooo… these are the most consecutive updates we have had lately. They have now changed the date on the CEAC Visa Status Update three times within the last two weeks. Other then them “working” on our case do these recent date changes so close to each other mean that we are close to the finish line or are they just playing with our emotions? 
(Just updated on 9/24/21, 9/28/21, and 10/05/21 all updates still show Refused).

Priority Date: 1/24/2020
Case Created at NVC: May 2020
Interview Date: 1/05/21
Given 221(g) Form requesting photo ID from 10-15 years ago. 
Date Change:2/5/21 update CEAC website Status still refused. 
Date Change: 2/12/21 update CEAC website status still refused.
Date Change: 3/11/21 update CEAC website status still refused.
Senator Inquiry:4/17/21 (Admin Processing response from USCIS).
Senator Inquiry:6/21/21(Admin Processing response USCIS).
Date change: 7/2/21 update CEAC website status still refused.
Senator Inquiry:7/19/21(Admin Processing response from USCIS).
Date Change: 7/26/21 update CEAC website status still refused.
Consulate Inquiry:9/22/21. 
Consulate Response: 9/23/21 Still pending admin review. Informed to stop emailing by consulate.  
Date Change: 9/24/21 update CEAC website status still refused.
Date change:9/28/21 update CEAC website status still refused.
Date change: 10/05/21 update CEAC website status still refused.
