Hi All,

Our status changed today to "New Card is Being Produced"! Our NOA date is 07/01/2021.

No bio or interview and filed in California.

Good luck everyone, looks like June/July filers are all in the window now! It's a bloody long journey, but worth every painstaking minute of collecting documents and filling out forms.

Best of wishes from my international family to yours!

Congratulations to you and thank you 🎊🍾 🎉

I am kind of worried, perhaps a little lost if anyone has a suggestion I'd appreciate it.

Sent i-751 July 2021 got the receipt within couple weeks with correct address than in Nov got an update about a duplicate notice was mailed  which turned out to be the 24 month extension letter it was initially sent to us w/o our apartment number, USPS sent it back to them and it was mailed back to me by the USCIS with Apartment Number in a handwritten envelope. I brushed it off (BIG MISTAKE) as a typographical error and assumed they would have fixed it because i confirmed the application had the correct address and when prior to filing i-751 we moved and changed our address which i confirmed was correct as well.

March 21 i got another letter and a status online duplicate notice was mailed a few days prior.  This turns out to be the Fingerprint appointment letter,
our appointment was on the 14th of March and the letter was mailed to us on the 16th.  When i received the letter we called USCIS to see if we can reschedule, we were told
they cannot reschedule us because it has to be done before the appointment and usually they resend you a letter if you've missed an appointment.  she verified that in her system the address did not have the apartment number and she couldn't change it but did put some sort of note on it upon request.  She also said to just wait for another letter but when i told her i am worried the new appointment letter will arrive late just like the first one she rudely said "well you just have to wait and see"

She sounded quite uninformed as she said i can print documents online which isn't the fact unless you file an application online!  I did file "did not receive notice by mail" request on Case Inquiry. BUT i am just concerned this will happen again and will lead to CASE DENIAL.  Any suggestions will be highly appreciated :)

I am just hoping over here they will decide against interviewing us after all considering we already had one for AOS and our case def falls into the "sufficient evidence about the bona fides of the marriage/no indication of fraud or misrepresentation in supporting documents / no complex facts or issues to resolve and no criminal history" category🤦‍♀️

This is great progress for USCIS, it gives us hope our cases are not going to rot away, I’m Lin (Nebraska) service center hoping their 16.5-33.5 months reduces significantly! And also hoping with AOS interview and the overload of evidence they waive and grant us the 10 GC soon 🤞

Saw a letter from USCIS in informed delivery this morning so I checked Anastasia's case status and it has switched to approved!

No 'card is in the mail' or tracking info for it yet though.

WAC/California, so it wasn't much of a surprise (IIRC someone here with a NOA1 date about two weeks earlier at WAC got theirs about two weeks ago, and we have a really straightforward case I think*, so I was pretty much expecting approval this month).

* No prior marriages, still happily married, we have a kid, we own a place, etc..

Makes me wonder if agents just to get rid of their crazy backlog will just approve, approve, approve? LOL :) Whether or not it should be waived.

Lol, to make this more effective, they should set a quota for the agents, process to completion X number of cases per month and get a bonus 😆. Approve, approve, approve  is what we want  and if they issue RFE process the responses quick no lollygagging allowed
