To be fair, those times aren't always accurate. From my understanding they can be heavily skewed by cases which need interviews. For example, LIN is showing 17mo - 36.5mo but in reality if an interview isn't needed, then processing times have been running 7-9 months.

That being said, I don't see any approvals from YSC for anyone going back to SEP2020, so either they have a high percentage of interview cases or they are heavily backlogged.

Or a mix of both

I got my biometrics appointment scheduled for August 23rd!

I was hoping for a waiver as well but as it’s not the case, I have to shorten my vacations and come back in time for that appointment!

Ugh 😣 that sucks but at least you have a good plan 🙏🏽

Especially since it was only a day 😅 appointment on the 23rd, and my original flight back was on the 24th!
I heard two people telling me that they rescheduled, and that the next appointment was 6 months later so I didn’t want to risk delaying.
Especially since my case is with MSC and it’s apparently a long wait there 😅

It's actually great compared to 18 to 22 from potomac 😭

Oh yeah that’s for sure, while logging my updates on the spreadsheet I noticed ppl in the tristate at least, where being sent to Vermont and I assumed I’d get sent there too, then made a whole approval odds chart 🤓 so I’d have an idea of when I’d be adjudicated, I sent a 15 pound evidence packet aiming towards an interview waiver (my IO was left very impressed by my organizational skills with the aos evidence and told me so, so I hope she put a gold star on my file for roc interview waiver 🤣🤣) but all jokes aside, I really am bringing waiver vibes to all of us 🧘🏽‍♀️

Hi all, is there anyone else who gets validation error/ receipt number not recognized on USCIS case status website?

I received a text when case was received (7/21) (no email) and letter in mail (7/24) but I cannot add my case to USCIS my case status to track it there.

It’s not a big deal, LIN service center so might be a few months yet or not, but wanted to double check if anyone else has faced this issue?
thanks

Got my NOA today 2 Aug with Jul 29 date!

This morning I got my biometric waiver letter saying that they will used my previously captured biometrics. I’m in NYC so my service center is Vermont. I submitted my package around Jul 24th.

Dang, Vermont service center is rolling. My NOA from Potomac is 07/16 and haven't heard a peep from them.
