I hear that. This is a day after a holiday and the day before half the staff's flex day so no one is working.

Take a look at the overseas gallery, there are 260 pages of photos so that is good for burning up a couple of hours

Yes. I love spaghetti squash. My mom used to slow bake it and serve it with a creamy alfredo sauce. Thanks for reminding me. I'm putting together a menu of the things my mom has to cook for us when we get home. Things that I want my husband to taste and especially sweets and cakes that we just don't have here in Egypt.

You don't have to talk to yourself. I will be more than happy to talk to you. Anything in particular?

Cut spaghetti squash in half and scoop out seeds

Put half, cut side down in a microwave safe bowl filled with 1/4 water and cover with saran wrap

microwave for 20 minutes

take out the "spaghetti" from the shell and put in bowl. add olive oil, salt, freshly cracked black pepper and a good 1/3 cup romano cheese and mange!!
