They finally sent back our package! (funny it was sent the day I called 😅)
We redid the folders etc and sent everything back yesterday, with the payment!, with speedy Fedex. I hope we get some news soon.

Good luck to everyone!

My biometrics appointment was yesterday. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited outside with the other people who had been given the same slot. At 15 minutes prior, they admit you to the building where they take your details, check your ID, give you a number and then you wait your turn. They did look at my completed Applicant Information Worksheet and gave it back to me to keep. Someone ahead of me hadn't filled theirs in so they were asked to do that.

The process was quick and I received an email update from USCIS a few minutes after. Current status is, Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time.

I checked my account and uploaded documents. Looks like they uploaded only my birth certificate, i-485 form and affidavit of support package. But no marriage certificate, no passport. What about you guys? I hope they didn’t lose other papers

I just checked mine. They uploaded my passport, copies of the I-485, I-765, i-94, tax info etc but no I-864, I-767, marriage certificate or my husband's (USC) info. The status says nothing is outstanding so I guess they have it somewhere?

Hello guys !
Has anyone applied for SSN prior to AOS package and after receiving your Social security card got an email from SSN department asking to make an appointment to collect a certificate?
I’m just confused what kind of certificate is this and has anyone encountered similar situation?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts

Anyone in this group still waiting for biometrics?

Im a New Orleans filler and still waiting for biometrics appointment!

Still waiting. But we also filed a change of address mid August, so that may set us back more than most.

Only thing we're waiting on is the social security number.

I'm really concerned about our I94 running out and having to wait for EAD. We didn't check the box for getting on on our AOS paperwork, and it's just so stressful.

hi,

PD: July 6th 2021

From Austin TX

I still haven't received any updates for biometrics. Does anyone have experience from Austin?

Also I tried calling USCIS but it doesn't let me go through to a live agent. What options should I choose to get to a live agent?

Thank you
