Hi… I requested a new online access code yesterday and today they email me back with in 24 hours with the access code online. Now I can be able to track my case. Very quick! and easy!

Hello everyone. July 21st the packet was delivered to the po box and still no text message or anything.. How long is the wait for anything to get back to us? TIA!

Mine got delivered on July 19th to Chicago Lockbox. Still waiting. It's been one month already.

Thank you for the tip! 
I went online and requested the codes, got a reply the next day itself. 
I checked the stays online for my case and under the “case history” section it says- “case has been received and a receipt notice is sent” and under the documents section I see three files uploaded only. 
Did you get your biometrics Appointment letter yet or not ?

My documents only 4 files uploaded too. I read from many people above I think it the same problem but I think it should be fine. I just got biometrics appointment on 14 Aug. Hopefully you will get one soon

You can go to USCIS website and select the section “add a paper filed-case” , then it takes you to another page where you can fill in your case/receipt number. 
add your I-485 case number and then below it you’ll see a section “request codes online” 

you can do that if you pass the 30 days period and they will reply back in a day with your online “access codes” 

All other forms will be under I-485 like I-765 and I-131 if you’ve filed them together. 
only request the codes for one form (I-485 form)

I called USCIS and they told me to wait 30 more days before calling again if we don't get our receipt number or something.

She said that if the package was being sent back, she would have a number to give me but apparently there's nothing still.  

 

Saying "no receipt" worked by the way, then 77 minutes wait.
