Embassy Ask to Resubmit DS-260?

My wife had visa immigration interview last year and our case was put in AP. Now finally we received email that they required Re-medical which is ok but they also telling us to "Electronic Visa Application form DS-260 re-submitted after answering all questions online"

We didn't understand as we dont need to Resubmit DS260 as there was no error and it does make sense why to resubmit DS260 again?

Hello People, just received Email from Islamabad Embassy:

We are glad to inform that our office is ready for further processing of the subject case and requires the following to be completed before the final review of the case for issuance of the visa.

1- 2 Visa Photos (2*2, front view, white background, uncropped) upload 
2- Electronic Visa Application form DS-260 re-submitted after answering all questions online via https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx
3- Medical Report from one of our embassy designated panel physician. For more information, see https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/ISL-Islamabad.html#approved_physicians
4- Original Valid Passport (if applicable) through our authorized courier service.
5- Create / Update profile to submit / receive documents via courier, use link https://ustraveldocs.com/pk/

 

Does anyone received same email and what to do about DS-260? Our Ds-260 don't have any error or mistakes yet they are asking for resubmission? Am I reading write?

It's pretty self explanatory.

 

DS-260 need to be resubmitted if it has been more than a year since interview. It's not big deal, just click on and on and resubmit.

 

Get new pictures and upload to CEAC

Get new Medical ASAP

 

If your passport is with consulate don't worry, else ship it to them

 

 

Expect to get your visa in 8-10 weeks.

MY husband has been in ap for over a year his ds 260 was reopened and we resubmitted can you tell me how long after ap did your wife get this email?
