My husband came to US on b1/b2 visa.
He worked during his visit and admitted when asked by CBP on his third entry to US at the port of entry. He was found inadmissible to US under section 212 (a)(7)(A)(i)(I) and his b1/b2  visa was canceled in accordance with 22 CFR41.122(h)(3) On jan 26, 2018.
We got married in july 2019 in my homecountry.
And I applied for him in august 2019. He recently had his CR1 interview. Interview went all good he was given an approval letter but after few hours he received an email asking for more details on his b1/b2 visa visits and unauothrized employment dates and circumstances surrounding cancelation of his visa.

After we submitted those, few days Later we received email stating that his visa is refused by US officer under section 216(a)(6)(C)(i)-misrepresentation.
And he is told that he is eligible for waiver of the grounds on inadmissibility.

Questions:
Which waiver does he need to file? Any good lawyer that you guys can suggest?
How do I know if there is any bar on him? Like 3 years bar or 5 years or nothing?
Is this a case of deportation?
What are chances of getting his waiver approved? What hardships can be shown? I (us citizen) cannot think of any strong hardship that can make my case strong enough for approval
I am expecting and its my 9th month.

i601 for Misrep, and I212 if he was deported.

Misrep is a lifetime bar.

Do not know, you would need to ask him if he was deported.

Usually a well prepared waiver succeeds, a question more of time and money.
