US VISA ACCOUNT DISABLED

So my appointment at the consulate is next week and my account (used to schedule a non-immigrant visa) got disabled today. Not sure why, but I am afraid this will jeopardize my appointment and delete all of my information. Anyone who has experience with this and can tell me if my appointment still stands or not? I tried calling the consulate and nobody can help. I sent an email to get my activated again but not sure how long it will take before I get a response.
