Evidence of Meeting

I've been living together with my fiance in Japan for the past 4 years. I'm wondering what the best evidence would be for us since we've obviously met in the past two years.

We have our residence cards which lists dates of issuance and shows we have the same address. We also have bills and other mail sent to our address. This mail has our names on it, of course (but not together). We also have some hotel/flight receipts within Japan, tax documents, employment contracts, and loads of photos together. Would this be good evidence of meeting?

Also, would it be necessary to translate our address into English? It's easy enough to see that the Japanese characters match up on both of our documents.

Yes.  Highlight the residence cards, tax documents, employment contracts.

If the document is written in Japanese characters, then definitely submit with English translation.

Honestly, some sort of ticket that has your name, a location or place that can be tied to a location, and a date on it. Boarding passes can be perfect for this, same with hotel receipts. Take a photo holding your receipts with your passport's identification page clearly visible and yourselves. Print this photo large enough to easily read all the details and send it to USCIS proof of life style. With that you have "hard" evidence that you were together, because you're together in the photo, that it's who you say it is because you're holding identification, and finally that it's within a certain date and location because you are holding a timestamped ticket for that date/time and location.

Can even send individual scans of each document as well to ensure it's easily read.

Quick Update. I wanted to see if I could get some feedback on the evidence I've gathered to show proof of meeting. So far I have the following:

-Copies of our Japanese residence cards that show we've had the same address since July 2020.

-Passport stamps showing we departed Japan and returned at the same time in January 2020. (We went to the UK but no stamps on that end)

-Mail (Bills/Amazon delivery slips) delivered to our shared address with dates of delivery. (2 with her name. 2 with my name)

-Photos showing we've been together throughout the past two years.

Does this seem sufficient to prove we've met within the last two years? Thanks!

I think the mail and photos are secondary evidence.  These  items in general are NOT proof of meeting within the prior two years.

Your proof of meeting is well documented with item the first 2 items.

YMMV
