1. Part 1: question 19 - nonimmigrant visa number from this passport .- Mine is a B2 visitor visa , there is something called a control number on the visa would that be the visa number ?

2. Part 1 : Question 24- what is your current immigration status - I was on a B2 visitor and I overstayed , do I put B2 overstay?

3. Part 2 : Question 2 - are you applying for AOS based on the Immigration and Nationality Act section 245,(i)? Do I check "No" box?

4. Part 2 : Question 3 - Recipe number of Underlying petition ? - would that be my I-130 receipt number?

5. Employment history

Do I put Unemployed ? And then complete the section for most recent history outside the USA?

6. Part 8 - General Eligibility and Inadmissibility Grounds- Question 17. Have you ever violated the terms of your nonimmigrant status ? Do I check YES - I got married and then overstayed .

7 . Form I-131 Application for travel document - Part 3 . Question 1 - date of intended departure ? I don't have a date of intended departure , or length of trip . Do I leave this blank ?

8. Form I-765 Application for employment. - Information about your eligibility category - Question 27

This is one of the situation when uscis doesn't care because of forgiveness to status violation for immediate family cases. One can write "expecting you approve my GC soon status" and won't have any issues.

It's  just funny claiming "pending i485" status on the i485 form.

Dates not needed. Put "TBD" for the Date of the trip; and "As needed" for the purpose of the trips.

You might need to handwrite "TBD" in that field if the PDF editor doesn't let you.

And select the box for Multiple trips.
