I-601A - Rejection

Hello Everyone~

 

I just received a rejection notice from USCIS because they claim the Fee Receipt provided by the Department of State is missing. However, I did print the receipt the same day it was paid for and submitted with the documents.  Has anyone experienced this issue? Please advise.

 

Could it be that the receipt states that the fee was in process even though I paid using a debit card? Or are they referring to another fee? Any help will be greatly appreciated as I cannot get anyone on the phone.

If you have printed the proof send it to NVC. There are 3 fees on the website I believe. Also from my experience I started the application before I knew for sure my 1601 waiver was going to be approved and if you don’t get the approval within the timeframe of them  scheduling your interview, the fees will expire and you will have to pay them again. 😢
