Green Card missing one letter of given name

After a grueling process, my wife is finally here in the US. We received her IR-1 Green Card and we saw an error on the card. It's missing one letter on her Maiden Name (It's on the Given Name)

I looked at I can file an I90 form online but saw another form here: e-Request - Typographic Error (uscis.gov)

However, I cannot find Form I551 on the link.

So we have to correct both her Green Card & SSN since her maiden name are missing letters.

But with that said, what do we need to do to get this corrected without paying the fee.

Thanks in advance!

File i90 online, check the option of wrong data due to DHS error. You won't be asked to pay the fee.

Thank you.

Since I filed the petition for her, looks like I have to use my USCIS account to file the I90. Unfortunately, I forgot that I used an Authenticator App which is long gone so hopefully I get a reply fast to get my account reset.

Unless she should create an account and fill out the I90 but don't have the USCIS Online Account Number which I think my account has.

Thank you. My wife is kind of confused with this question:

"Where did you apply for your immigrant visa or adjustment of status?"

Since I petitioned her and filed it online, do I put in the Embassy location or the lockbox location where I sent the application to?

What's the confusion? Either she applied for the visa at an embassy or applied for AOS in the US. What did she do?

What you did is not related, it's all about her in i90.
