Okay well that is great to know , I can submit sooner , the attorney was just concerned or maybe overly cautious with there being a year of no visiting because of Covid .

Thank you

Just continue to document your visits and take all that evidence to the interview when that comes up.

Ok perfect , we submitted 8 years of evidence with our I -130. I have a question , is it then necassary to submit further evidence with the I-485 other than what they require? If I can this sent off in a day or two I'd rather do it

8 years of evidence of bona fide marriage??? You are good to go. It also sounds like maybe you've married for longer than 2 years or will be by the time the AOS interview comes.

Again, the evidence of bona fide marriage, joint finances, cohabitation - all of that, goes with the I-130.

The I-485 is the Petition to adjust status. And that is all about you having entered the US with inspection (meaning that you entered legally and a CBP officer let you in). It's about several other factors but it's not about  evidence of bona fide marriage.

As long as you have your I-864 ready to go, I think you can just go ahead and file.

I would strongly recommend filing the I-765 and I-131. That way, you will be able to work and return to the US if you decide to travel internationally.

I-751 Joint Filing.

06-15-2021 - Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken.

05-26-2021 - Received NOA/extension letter. Notice date and postmarked 05-20-2021.

05-23-2021 - Received text message with Receipt #. YSC Potomac Center.

05-21-2021 - Checks cashed (processing on joint checking account)

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

Marriage-based AOS - Concurrent filing.

05-07-2019 - AOS Approved. Resident since date 05/07/2019.

05-06-2019 - AOS Interview

04-23-2018 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

03-16-2018 - Priority Date.

Definitely submit the evidence of visiting since your I-130 was filed.

Well, that makes you eligible for a 10 year green card. You will not have to go through removal of conditions. :) That's great! I am happy for you both.

If you have been married for 2 years or longer on the date USCIS adjudicates your AOS, then you get the 10 year green card. You will not have to go through Removal of conditions. :)

I meant to mention the I-693 (medical). You can just bring that to the interview. :)

you were threatened,

next time call 911 to ask the police to have the music lowered

and tell them,  you politely asked them one other time and they  threatened you

move if you can ,  but if you can't ,  you don't have to put up with BS

We were going to call the police but with her shouting her mouth off I was concerned with the police getting involved in immigration too.

ICE isn’t gonna take the phone call seriously.  Your spouse is not a priority when they got hard criminals illegal here to apprehend or a whole factory full of illegals.
