Contacting London Embassy?

Hello,

I am at a complete loss and need advice.

 

My husband and I were DQ'd on 26/02/21. 

On 04/06/21 we received an email from NVC regarding their acceptance of our expedite request.

 

We are almost waiting for 4 weeks now for ANY movement regarding NVC transferring our case to the London Embassy.

We have been told 6 times via phone call that our case was transferring.

Yesterday, we were given entirely new information regarding the process and that London Embassy need to request the case from NVC???

 

I feel like nobody knows what way the process works each time we call. New information, false information, false hope, EVERY TIME. 

What on earth is going on? 

Does anyone know anything in relation to how we can actually speak with someone at the embassy? 

A press office number even? 

 

Our little girl has been missing her father for the majority of her life now. It's so unfair. 

Why did they even send us the expedite approval if they couldn't move things faster???

My understanding is that the consulate must approve the expedite and request the case.  Unfortunately, "expedite" does not mean "immediately".  I hope you are united soon.  Good luck.

How is this possible? We have tried to contact the Embassy and they send us an automated email in return. Do you know how I can do this? Thank you in advance.
