CEAC Case Updating but no staus changed?

My case is updating at CEAC 5-6 times in this month, June. The last time it updated on Jan 2021. But this month they update 5-6 times. Though case i still in REFUSED staus and not changing to AP. Is CEAC update good sign or just normal

CEAC update should be a good sign.

I was placed on AP for about 90 days and when case started to update often was when they were done with AP and I have now sent my passport to the embassy, it’s been a week since they received my passport but nothing yet.

Last update was Friday and case still shows refused.
