Hello Denis. From the recent VSC posts, it seems they are working on a 6 month delay. The people receiving their approval notices right now applied for removal of conditions 6 months ago. Actually from what I've read 6 month delay in Vermont is pretty good. I applied in March so hopefully I get the notice by November. N.

- 1992 entered US on F1 visa for BA

- 1996 Obtained 2nd F1 visa for Masters

- 2000 Obtained 3rd F1 visa for Phd

- 2002 met my wife at UofM

- Feb 2004 got engaged

- Sept 13 2004. Got married

- Oct 10 File for AS, AP, EAD

- Nov 2 received notice for I765. I485, I131

- Nov 9 Notice date I765. I485, I131

- Dec 11 - Biometrics.

- Dec 17 - Biometrics results received (email notification)

- Dec 29 - EAD APPROVED!!! (Email)

- Dec 29 - AP APPROVED!!! (Email)

- April 21 - Interview scheduled

- April 21 - AOS APPROVED.

- April 28 - RECEIVED PR CARD in the mail!!! must be a record!

Total time from filing to AOS Approval: 5 Months, 11 days.

Right now, however filed by November and December of 2006 are getting their approvals.

Lifting of Conditions - I-751 for My K-1

04/27/07: Mail I-751 to Vermont

04/30/07: Vermont received I-751 (day 1)

05/03/07: Received confirmation of delivered package

05/25/07: Received BLUE Finger Print Receipt Notification Dated 5/18/07 (day 25)

06/11/07: Received NOA1 dated 5/24/07 (day 42)

06/13/07: Received Biometric Appointment Notice dated 6/8/07 for 06/22/07 (day 44)

06/22/07: Biometric Appointment @ 2:00 Done (day 53)

Touches: 6/22, 6/24 = Status: Case received and pending

10/25/07: Card production ordered on 10/24/07 (day 180)

11/02/07: Received 10 Years Green Card..Done...but you know what is next...lol...(188)

02/23/09 - mailed citizenship papers to Lewisville, TX - priority mail

02/26/09 - received at TX

03/04/09 - Service Center deposits check

03/04/09 - NOA date

03/06/09 - check posted to my account

03/09/09 - NOA received in mail

06/04/09 - called Customer Service - in regards to not receiving bio appointment

06/13/09 - received letter in regards to my inquiry to Customer Service - stating husband had recently missed biometric appointment (never received a notice in mail) - going to be rescheduled - letter dated 06/05/09

06/17/09 - received Notice for biometrics appointment - dated 06/12/09

06/26/09 - Biometrics Appointment - St. Albans, VT

08/20/09 - Received Interview Appointment Letter

10/05/09 - Interview - Albany, NY- PASSED

10/23/09 - Oath Ceremony - Fort Edward, NY

01/28/10 - applied for US Passport

02/19/10 - received back naturalization certificate

02/22/10 - received US Passport
