Hi all,

Our K1 case is sitting at the NVC like many. I suffer through well documented (doctors notes, prescriptions, etc) mental health issues which I managed to get under control after a lot of hard work and money. However this process has caused me(petitioner) to have to go back to previous medication (cannot sleep, lack of concentration at work all due to the immigration process, anxiety also well documented.) My family has been my big support, however my work has asked me to move across the country by October. I am scared of being by myself, especially during winter. Do you believe that these factors are legitimate enough for asking for an expedite? Thanks for your help.

Very much doubt it, but it is free to try.
