Well apart from one copied Facebook post which raises more questions than answers I would tend to agree.

That Facebook timeline essentially states that not only did they ignore the marriage issues but also the Misrepresentation, the timeline did not include a waiver.

If it is true somebody won the lottery.

Hacking said he had a case and so did his wife, so if it is hopeless what are they doing?

May have been me you heard him talking to … I joined his love and that’s what he told me … there wasn’t much chance but yeah I think that too then why take in the case at all ? I did see where someone on here said that Hacking refused their case but … I don’t know I’m gonna keep pushing but looks like I’m gonna be planning to move to live with my husband as I know it will take lots of time to sort through this issue if at all but I will keep on “hope and prayer” is what he says to me always so I will keep trying

Sounds like the most practical option.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

This case is probably different to the OP as there is a partner and two children. So, they could point towards some informal arrangement that they considered "married".

But, this Facebook post is leaving out a lot of information. How did they overcome this barrier?

With OP's fiance, I wonder who he claimed to be married to (as you have to provide your spouse's details on the form.) And did he claim to be married to a different person on the second application or the same person?
