My fiance travelled to many countries as an OFW

My fiance, OFW beneficiary, previously worked in Saudi Arabia for a wealthy family.  During her employment, she visited many countries with her employer on vacations.  She visited approximately 10 countries in the Middle East and Europe however none of the visits were longer than 6 months.  Do you think the background check on my fiance will take significantly longer (weeks, months) due to those trips?  Is there anyone else who had this experience with their fiance?

The number of countries would not matter, think I had 32 down, some countries in the Middle East may, but those are not likely tourist destinations.

If she traveled to Iran, Iraq, Syria, or Yemen, she might be asked about those trips.  Also possible to be asked to fill out a DS-5535 questionnaire, but not likely for an OFW.
