As the title says. Is the beneficiary birth certificate required to be sent with form i-129f. Will we get an RFE if we don't include it. Saw in some forums that it is required,  other says it isn't and it will take an extra 2 weeks to get it and get it translated.  Thx

No to both.

Go by i129f instructions not by someone spreading some rumors.

A careful read of the instructions would indicate that it is NOT mentioned as a required document

YMMV

You don't get an RFE for a non required document.   IF there are such posts, there is more to the stories.

YMMV

In the post you linked, nobody said they got the RFE coz they didn't send the BC of the beneficiary. Someone will read your post few years later and they will say "I saw a post in 2021 where one person (you) said he/she got RFE due to not sending the BC". This is how the rumor starts.

Still a rumor, someone simply saying someone got the RFE
As already said, no need of beneficiary's BC. Don't overthink. You are sending i129f, follow the official i129f instructions.

No, only petitioner's BC.

The beneficiary's birth certificate will likely be required at the consular interview (but you would want to verify that in the instructions sent from your specific consulate once you get to that stage). There is nothing wrong with obtaining this ahead of time, but should not be sent with the I-129F.

When in doubt, always go directly to the source, i.e. the form instructions.

Not necessarily. The BC of a naturalized US citizen (petitioner) is useless for i129f.

As has been stated by everyone else no need to wait for the beneficiary’s BC to send I-129F.

As was stated by one person, the beneficiary should start now to get a birth certificate as it will be needed by the consulate and by USCIS when the adjustment of status is done.  Assuming this is Tunsia the requirements for the document are detailed here:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Tunisia.html

That website claims a birth certificate costs 0.75 Tunisian Dinar.  Apparently that is 27 US cents.  At that price I would get a dozen.   Despite being so inexpensive, do not send or give original BCs to the consulate or USCIS, and instead bring originals and photocopies to interviews, and mail  / upload photocopies as required.
