Why am I getting this status for the past few days? Does any here, know about this status? Please advise.

Have you called ?

Yes. Always, get a automated response. I am unable to connect to a human, on that number.

Try going through Emma on the USCIS contact page. There us supposed to be an option to speak with a live agent if you call

during business hours

This is NOT of much help, as 'Emma' redirects you to the case status page. The case status asks us to call the helpline number. The helpline ONLY provides automated response. I am stuck in this loop.

Did you type live agent/representative when chatting with Emma? That’s the only way to get connected to a human.

I am a colombian here in the US now for 2 years. I arrive with tourist visa then I became a F1 student. I got married to a US Citizen one year ago.  she did the I130 online for me.  a green card is what we want -  so my question is, is it possible to file the i-485 now, or do we wait? we want to visit colombia soon, so we need permesso, so i think it's i131.  can we do AOS with the 131 at the same?.  is there a time limit, or can we file these forms in paper next week or week after?

thnk you any help is great
