How to get the CRBA application file from the US Embassy from 8 years ago

hello,

 

I  would like to know if anybody here knows what is process to get a copy of the application file for CRBA of a minor child who got this CRBA 8 years ago at a Mexican US Consulate.

The only thing I can think of right now is that I should have to file a FOIA to the US Department of State.. But I want to know if anyone here has done this ?

The instructions are pretty clear in the link I sent you:  Get all together in step 1-3,  in step 4 send all to the Washington D.C. address....

It's amazing how many questions can be resolved with a 2 minute Google search...

Yes you sent me that link but this is NOT what I am looking for. I am looking for a the actual copy of the file used to get a CRBA. I do not need to get a second CRBA document (Replace what I already have).
