Spouse Travel while awaiting our interview date

Our petition has been approved by the NVC and we are awaiting an appointment. We do not have an interview date as of yet. It's been close to 5 weeks since we received the confirmation email.  She has come to visit when our packet was a with USCIS with no issues. Can she travel to come visit me during this point of the process?

Yes, subject to CBP inspection at POE.  Prepare to show evidence of strong ties to home country, to mitigate risk of being denied entry by CBP.
