K1 RFE and no movement

I submitted my 129f in April 2020. Recieved NOA1 in May 2020. In Jan 2021 I recieved an RFE. USCIS acknowledged my reply in Jan 2021. I have not received anything else and online just says evidence recieved. I called USCIS and they just tell me an officer will call me but no one ever does. Based on other timelines I should have recieved something by now. Any suggestions on what I can do next? Should I just withdraw and do a cr1?

Assuming your embassy is in the DR, https://do.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/covid-19-information/ indicates that the embassy is closed for routine operations.  In addition my understanding is that the Covid situation has worsened since your RFE.  
 

My guess is USCIS is prioritizing I-129Fs for embassies that are processing K-1s.

If you withdraw you would have to start from the beginning with a CR1. You’re almost there even though it doesn’t feel like it, your approval should be coming soon. 
You said you have already submitted inquiry on your case for being outside processing time, have you tried having your state rep submit it on your behalf to kind of give it that extra push??

I used my state rep to submit my expedite and it was approved. It’s worth a try 🙂
