I-485 K-1 medical form needed?

Hi, I saw in one of the posts that the medical form is also attached with the submission for I-485 for k1. But in the instructions I see that medical form is not needed if medical examination has been completed less than a year before during the submission of application. Could anyone confirm this? And do I need to mention this in the cover letter?

Thank you!

A careful read of the instructions will indicate that any evidence submitted to the USCIS shall be legible photocopies unless an original is SPECIFICALLY requested

YMMV

Make sure that the overseas medical was marked "complete" and not "K1 applicant elected not to get vaccinated at this time" or stuff like that... I had the latter and needed to get one missing vaccine and my vaccination sheet needed to be transcribed to another form in the US by an USCIS approved doctor.... Those were fun times. The doctor needed by the embassy in my home country never ever mentioned that I was missing a shot...
