My parents paid for the hotel bookings and tickets to bring my then fiance to Bahamas so we can get married. Will my parents paying for the tickets and such be a problem in providing bona fide evidence?

No.  Doesn't matter who paid.  But hopefully you have stronger evidence like passport stamps and boarding passes.  Hotel bookings and tickets are considered secondary evidence as those can be cancelled after payment and not actually used.

Yes, I agree.  A boarding pass is actual evidence of travel, as are passport stamps.  No payment information shows on those.  A Bahamas marriage certificate is also primary evidence you were in the same place, but boarding passes and passport stamps going both ways evidence the duration of time in the same place.  With those, you don't need receipts.  The photos are fine secondary evidence.
