Hello VJ members,

Do we need to worry about this 'Bar-coded cover sheet from payment portal' while submitting from NVC portal online?

So far, I have this for AOS packages.

- 1040 tax returns

- W2 of 2020

- Pay slips for last 3 months

-Naturalization Certificate

-Employment letter

Please advise me if I'm missing anything.

yes   police report is needed for CR1 at NVC stage In native language and translated English copy

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Nepal.html

you can  download the copy you get from spouse and spouse takes the original to the interview to verify

always best to mention the country (embassy ) and the type of petition so we don't have to search your profile for old posts to know what these documents

@JeanneAdil Do you know where can I get that bar-coded cover sheet.

no,  thought you were refering to one that popped up when you paid

we didn't have one and why would 1 be needed?

If this is at NVC stage for the CR1,  they have accepted and gotten the payment to even allow you to fill out the AOS and ds 260

or the case would go no further

and its like that for the green card fee   /  no receipt from government saying its paid /  this one worried me
