Hello everyone my wife has finally recieved her Interview date. We are gathering required documents for her Interview and it states she she shall bring all required original or certified Copy of her civil documents. I lost my original birth certificate and only have my Certified copy, my question is will they accept my Certified copy of my birth certificate if asked for it in her Interview?

She brings her original documents,  not yours.

YMMV

And just so you know, 'certified' copies are considered to be originals.  The original is kept at the department of vital statistics in the jurisdiction where you were born.

Yes, certified is just as good as originals. Best of luck! Just fyi, during the K1 interview the immigration official asked my wife to see my birth certificate "I'm the U.S. citizen" Always go prepared! Luckily she had my certified copy!

Correct.  If you ever had (any you) an "original" birth certificate it would be a souvenir, not a government document.  "Original" US Birth Certificates from any State are property of the government entity who archives them.  A "Certified Copy" of the original is the best you are going to get, EVER.
