Interview Account Locked?

I was really stupid and not paying attention so when I was setting up an email for the "https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/" site I accidentally set the country as India? I'm not sure how on earth I did that, since we are in New Zealand haha. But anyway the issue I'm facing is it didn't let me switch that information and only was giving me Indian places to schedule interviews with. So I created a second account and didn't know they said do no create a second account. But I did, and this one was for New Zealand. So I was going through the process of getting the account set up and it said they found a duplicate account. So I told them to merge the accounts, but now both accounts seem to be locked giving me an error message of

Your login attempt has failed. Make sure the username and password are correct.

 

And now I'm just so confused on what to do! Both India and New Zealands customer service are down right now for the night, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this?
