ds-160 case status ready

Just checked today and my case status said ready! My fiance filled out the ds-160 and went to the ceac website to pay and it still says the ds-160 needs to be filled out. Did we do something wrong? It doesn't let us pay the fee. Did we jump the gun at all with already doing the ds-160?

You need to create an account and fill in the information asked then ,chose your dhl courier where your case will be delivered and pay the fees then book your interview...after your case is ready on ceac status check ...there are instructions on how to book a visa appointment interview but you must have received a packet 3 from the interview that informs you to go ahead and packe the interview

Hi, im from Auckland too, waiting for case to move from NVC to Auckland embassy. Just wanted to know how long it took your file to move from NVC to Auckland embassy? Like getting the package.

 

I'm little curious to know the time frame :)

 

If you are able to share the time line, it will be wonderful.

From NOA2 to getting a case number from NVc was about 1 month for me. Then it took about 2 weeks to mail out from there. From when NVC mailed it to consulate receiving it it took only a day. We got packet 3 about 4 days later
