Hey guys,

Our k1 is underway but we are slowly getting our ducks in a row.

The affidavit of support - we live together overseas but he has a USA account with well over the 100% and 125% poverty line with substantial liquid assets.

He also files USA tax returns yearly (mum is an accountant)

Has anyone else been in this position where they haven't worked in the USA but have enough assets for support (including when we do the AOS).

When you say more than 125% liquid do you mean one year's worth?

YMMV
