hello guys I do have some questions, it says on my appointment notice for Intial interview

You Must bring the following items with you:

*Evidence of United States Citizenship or lawful permanent resident status ---( what proofs should I need to show?)

*If either you or your spouse were ever married before,all divorce decrees/death certificates for each prior marriage/former spouse--- ( He has been married 3 times but i got only 2 divorce decrees copies, do i need to get the the other one? Is that necessary?

* Birth Certificates for all children of this marriage, and custody for your chilfren and for your spouse's children not living with you---- ( he had 3 children on his first marriage they are all married, 1 for his 2nd wife 17 yrs old and 1 for 3rd wife 5 yrs old who's lving with us..

My question Do i have to get a copy all of his children's birth certificates even the three of them are married?

I hope it's all clear ANy inputs will be appreciated, thanks in advance..

Pls.. somebody can help me with this ?

This is all the things you are taking anyway, marriage licence, birth certs etc.

I'd get it just to be on the safe side, don't want to not have it when asked

I'd get copies for all, they may ask for all of them. You can get them from your local courthouse, they cost about $20 each in TX, probably about the same where you are

04/02/2007 - Mailed I-485 & I-130 for myself and 2 daughters

04/04/2007 - Package arrived in Chicago

04/10/2007 - Package received at MSC

04/16/2007 - NOA received for myself and 1 daughter

04/18/2007 - NOA received for other daughter (delayed by incorrect address).

04/27/2007 - Biometrics scheduled - arrived 2 hours early due to overcautious husband, let us go in early and were all done 15 minutes later.

04/30/2007 - All touched.

06/21/2007 - All touched.

06/28/2007 - Initial interview scheduled for all.

06/28/2007 - All approved with stamp.

07/02/2007 - Received Welcome letters.

07/03/2007 - Received card production email.
