hi there,

 

 recently filled for AOS based on J1 visa and on the application they have asked for my DS-2019. i have obviously included it to my application but i just realized that i have only included the PAGE 1. (see picture), the page one is all the importants informations they are looking for (name, signature etc) et the page 2 is nothing but informations (burden time etc). I wonder if that could be an issue that i didn't include page 2? What do you think?

 

ps: my application was received, it's waiting to be processed. Do you think they would have told me already or not?
