Probably not, but you'd need to tell us the date of the visa medical exam to know for certain.

Her medical was on 2/2/07. This was for a K3, and thus I don't believe that vaccinations were required.

That explains it then. Her visa medical was over a year ago. She needs an updated medical for AOS.

So just to summarize, she had her medical in February 07, but was not given any paperwork, other than the packet that they took when she entered the U.S. Also, since it's a K3 visa, vaccinations were not required.

What do I need to fill out now? I-693? I-693A? Does she need a new medical?

Sorry - just so confused about this.
