Hi, good day. I want to ask something about my case.

I am apprehensive about our situation.

So, we hired an agent to help us with our documents, so far it is all good. No stress at all. We got approved right away, and she's pretty knowledgeable about her task. Our case is at NVC, and I am worried because my petitioner is a student. He used to work before in the US navy, and he quit his job because he wanted to continue his dream to graduate from college. I supported him with what he wants; I told him to apply for a job simultaneously to save something along the way. He tried to apply for a job in many companies, but luck is not on his side, especially in pandemic times. He is just a high school graduate and is currently studying in college, but he still received money from VA benefits. Do you think we will have a problem with our application? He tried to apply for a job, but he didn't receive any calls from the companies he used. What should we do? Please help. I don't want this to be the reason for us to fail in our interview. 😔😭🥺

It's not impossible, but your partner will need to look for a joint sponsor. Someone, family or friend, who is willing to co-sign an affidavit of support (I-864).
