60 days grace period for evidence

Received RFE and deadline to receive response in office by 16 April 2021.I assumed the automatic 60 calendar days extension .my lawyer told me that now response deadline is 16 June. The office received the parcel on 16 June .but i am confused and worried that i am 1 day late . Because May 2021 month was 31 days.so if i count days then it will be 61 days. I am very worried

You should be worried. Why wait until the very last minute to submit things? It’s very risky. The USCIS is already providing a courtesy of extending the deadline so why mess it up?

You should be.   The 60 day grace period extension was available only for a short period of time and, as far as I remember,  it expired quite a while ago.

They extended it to June 30, 2021.

in any case, OP was close/at the deadline date. Not sure if they’ll accept the response to RFE.
