So, my wife is currently a USA citizen and needs to get her Philippine citizenship back (dual citizenship), which requires going to the San Francisco embassy. What about my son? He's a dual citizen by birth and it's been reported already. Does he have to require citizenship too or is he okay?

Can't reacquire what he never lost.   As you already stated:  He IS a dual citizen by birth

Thanks Hank. I just figured I'd ask it's the Philippines sometimes they get a bit odd with rules.
