Confused

Hello all,

please look at the picture I attached… the existence of “ add joint sponsor “ and “ add household member” keys on our NVC webpage is commanding to do so or those keys suppose to be there no matter what as a choice?! I am confused what they want from me on affidavit support area ! On their one line short message they asked me to hand sign and re send I-864 which I did but I am not hearing back from them again…thanks in advance

I am replying to my own question… is there any feedback out there please?! Hard to believe no one sees these key before..

Not sure I understand your question.  Are you asking why the "Add Joint Sponsor" and "Add Household Member" buttons appear on the CEAC page?  They are options available to the user.  You are not required to click them if you don't want to.

Oh gosh… thanks for responding… I know … my question kinda unclear… I apologize… if you look at the picture, those options (keys) are there…I am assuming those keys will be on anybody’s NVC as a choice… but I am not sure if they put them exactly on top of my “affidavit support “ area to highlight something?!!Kinda relocated them to this page to ask me to press them?! To be honest I don’t know what they want now from me? All they asked was to hand sign the I-864 and do not use I-864EZ, which I followed both commands immediately…. But I am not hearing anything back….

Do you think I should send an email asking what’s going on? They were doing May 24th on Monday…. I sent Documents on May 25th… today is Wednesday…. Should I wait little longer?! Please …

You were already told by chancy that they are there for everyone and you only need to use them if they are relevant to you. You seem to be way overthinking this. Have you got a notification from NVC that you need to do something more?

First rejection was asking to do not use I-864 EZ , it doesn’t apply to me… replace it with I-864… I did immediately… I waited 40 days to get second rejection, asking I need to “hand sign” I-864… I corrected it same day… now another 40 days passed and they timeline is passed my date too… two requests… two rejections… two corrections… no final answer

Just be patient a bit more. Once you submit any document, it will be looked at at some point. 2 months wait is normal these days.
