You have up to 6 months max it depends on what the immigration officer stamped in your passport. It’s at their discretion they could literally only let you stay a week if they wanted. So I would check my I-94 to be sure.

we filed a130 for stepdaughter and she has a priority date in 2012 which is well past since immigration date now is in 2014. If we file an AOS for her now that she is here for another reason do we have to start all over with a new 130
