Address question

My address is something like this - Block 1, Lot 2, Example St.

Now, in our place, we also have "Phases" - so my full add. looks like this: PHASE 2, Block 1, Lot 2, Example St.

Question 1: Am I suppose to include "Phase 2"? ... Or, is Block 1 ... Example St. enough?

Question 2: Am I suppose to include my barangay as well?

I live in a subdivision - strangely enough - my subdivision is called "San Marino CITY" when it's only a subdivision.
This San Marino I live in is within the city of Dasmarinas.

Question 3: The form asks for my city - am I suppose to write Dasmarinas? Or San Marino CITY?
*This is a dumb question - but I gotta be sure. I hate how confusing names and addresses can be to me.*

Write your address the way it appears on your bills or whatever deliveries actually get to your house.  If the text field is not enough space, put your actual address in the Additional Information section of the form.

Then San Marino is not your city.  Your subdivision can be named anything but that doesn't change your actual city's name.

Most times you should have a number address for your house. If you do, just put the number followed by the street name. For example, my asawa lives at 1194 XXXXXX Street.  Your city is Dasmarinas and your province is Cavite. All of the other stuff is not needed, it's not like they will come looking for your house 🤣

We used neighborhood,  barangay,  city.

No numbers or street names because they don't exist.

This is how we did it as well:

Purok 2, Barangay Poblacion, New Bataan.

My wife's address is very similar.
We abbreviated to make it fit.

PHS1 BLK2 LOT6 SUBDIVISION
We put the barangay on the 11b line without checking any boxes.
BRGY BARANGAYNAME

Plus Province, Postal Code and Country.
