Outside Normal Processing Time Request

I applied for our K1 visa in September of 2020, and we have a received date of 9/28/2020 and an official receipt date of 10/01/2020. I submitted an outside normal processing time request once our case hit the window listed on the USCIS site, and they sent a confirmation of the request that told me to expect an response by June 17. It's now the 21st, and I haven't received a response or update to my case yet. Any ideas of what I can do to follow up on this?

Have you tried filing another one? The response for those is almost always "We're currently adjucating your case" anyway.

No, I haven't yet. I wasn't sure if I could file another once since I already have. Is there a way to call them and reference the request # they gave me or anything? It's been almost 9 months with no updates or RFEs or anything.

We went over 10 months with no RFEs before getting approval. In that time, I submitted two out of normal processing times inquiries. I think I had to wait about 30 days before submitting my second one.
