And the app can’t know who that someone is. It’s totally useless to an individual for anything other than academic interest in the percentage of applicants of who get what. It’s like taking a random person writing an exam with absolutely no idea of what their academic background is and telling them they have a 15% chance of getting an A just because that’s the average in past exams.  The only way it can give anything close to valid results is if it knows the details of the case and has someone analyzing it, and that would worry me even more.

Information is just information.  How you use it is up to you.  The chart does not say that "your case" only has a 95% chance of success.  Only that historically, 95% of those cases filed have been approved.  That could mean that those type cases are fairly easy to obtain or it could mean that most those cases that would not be approved self eliminate and don't even apply.

As for the privacy aspect, it's certainly up to each individual what they want to keep private and what they don't.  I don't put anything into an app that I think could be used to scam me.  To be honest though, my real info has been hacked so many times as part of large databases that I doubt there are too many that don't have my personal information if they wanted it.

Para 1 - exactly, it’s useless in any practical sense.

Para 2 - I was thinking more of the people we see occasionally reporting a scam phone call from someone claiming to be from USCIS. “But if it was a scam how did they know we have a case at uscis?” Well, now you know.

But i dont think age is problem because i have friend his fiancé is 20 years older than him and they met each other one time but he got visa in last april

I think i got refused cuz trump decisions , its financial problems because my fiancé get help from govrt like food stamps and rent and medical care.... This is what i think

So how will she be able to afford to sponsor you?  If she is on public assistance, it’s fair to expect that you will be, too.   Hence the public charge inadmissibility.

Trump has nothing to do with it.

Don’t expect marrying will overcome the reasons for your denial- especially if you are from a high-fraud country.

And which country are you from? Just to draw more specific answers based on Consulate

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Yeah that’s not Trump, that’s almost certainly because she can’t afford to sponsor you, and that’s not going to change with a CR1/spouse visa.  Does she have someone who can be a joint sponsor?

If she can't support herself then she can't support you also. This might be overcome by a spousal visa since you will be able to work the minute you arrive.

They gave you a paper when the visa was refused. What was marked on it.
