Where did this information come from?   It doesn't look like anything I have ever seen from USCIS.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I used lawfuly app

Unofficial....... There is absolutely no way an app like that can accurately estimate approval or RFE chances.....they can't see your actual supporting documents.

It's just general numbers and has nothing to do with individual cases.

never understand why people use these apps…you are giving a third party the ability to link your personal details/cell number with a uscis case.

It just automates the case status inquiry.  Instead of going to the case status page and entering your case number,  you just open the app. The more cases you have, the more useful because it updates them all.

And it gives some projections based on other historical data but nothing specific to any individual.

So my point stands. You’re giving up privacy for no gain. Well, other than the  two seconds it takes to copy and paste a case number onto a bookmarked page.

And people wonder why scammers seem to know people have cases outstanding at uscis…

We can't know that from a single data point.  Someone has to fall into that 5% denial range.

And the app can’t know who that someone is. It’s totally useless to an individual for anything other than academic interest in the percentage of applicants of who get what. It’s like taking a random person writing an exam with absolutely no idea of what their academic background is and telling them they have a 15% chance of getting an A just because that’s the average in past exams.  The only way it can give anything close to valid results is if it knows the details of the case and has someone analyzing it, and that would worry me even more.
