My lawyer sent the case and I don't know what you mean by submitted on 2020, My case was filled in 2019 and I also received all the receipts and everything,

I did contact the congressperson, they just said, We already have a response there isn't anything else we can do, since it's already in process, even though for some reason records show submitted in 2020. I am still pretty confused with this predicament.

My case for example sent 2019 December 20,uscis receive December 21, but submitted February 25. It’s shows me on my uscis account. Check on official website , sign it up and see when was submitted your case .

How about processing times on USCIS up to 26 waiting time for i360. Are they incorrect?

Some cases are more complicated so if a case falls in to this category is likely to wait for that long

Uscis is always ahead of it’s  processing on the website so the complicated cases are the once that reach that far, the time is accurate

Can you please share your timeline , i am trying to figure out my waiting period.

I filed, I-360,I-485,I-765 together on Feb-2019. ( Married to USC but never filled I-130 or I-485 before, VAWA was filled after 4 Years of marriage )

My I-360 was approved on March-2021, and received approval notice on May-2021.

I-485 was transferred to new lee summit Missouri on March-8-2021.

My Local office is long Island and they are processing I-485 files for July-2019.

Should i inquire about out of processing or just wait.

Thanks

Yes inquire.

Dear go to nearest police and report everything, police reports speaks a lot than anything in any case does not necessarily have to be immigration. Depending on how vindictive is your spouse, he can potentially harm you if he finds about VAWA just like my ex is still doing it. USCIS will not put you in trouble for you having your ead and ssn stolen. They know spouses tend to do stuffs like these. Please report to police for whatever is happening and i hope you are sharing all these information with an attorney.
