I never had an interview. I have been waiting since my I360 got approved on August 2018 and then in September 2018, I got a courtesy letter for the medicals. Now after I inquire to the Ombudsman in regards of my I485, I got the RFE for medicals. It has been a long wait, but it seems as if finally will get approved. NYC is the worst when it comes to I485 processing. I360 only took 13 months to get approved.

Sorry to bother you, did you file for marriage based GC before ? If so when? Thanks

Then I will say your case is under very normal processing time, they are processing 2017 and 2018, I apply my marriage based GC in 2017 I believe that is the priority date they use to process my I-485 plus magic jokes it’s real, thanks for sharing 😊

How about processing times on USCIS up to 26 waiting time for i360. Are they incorrect?

NYC Local office are sending RFE for medicals to waived interview. After I-693 is receive, they will mail you your Green Card. I know 4 New Yorkers already including myself, happens like this. Send Medicals asap.

AR-11 form signed and mailed to Vermont, that's how I did it.

Hello Family, I hope everything is going well and good see alot of approvals coming along l. 
I am May 2019 filer and recently had my congressman inquire on behalf the response seem off. even though I have reciepts but the attached show’s different dates. I am confused why the filing dates show different in their system.

when did you file for i485? if you applied on may 2019 how come the date is november 12 2020 ?

I filed, I-360,I-485,I-765 together on Feb-2019. ( Married to USC but never filled I-130 or I-485 before, VAWA was filled after 4 Years of marriage )

My I-360 was approved on March-2021, and received approval notice on May-2021.

 

I-485 was transferred to new lee summit Missouri on March-8-2021.

My Local office is long Island and they are processing I-485 files for July-2019.

 

Should i inquire about out of processing or just wait.

When did you apply I-485 and I-360?
