I haven't gotten receipt notice for interview date. Contacted emma, they wouldnt tell me bc they said its vawa sensitive case. Have to wait for receipt. so they are aware my 485 is under vawa not 130

My i-360 has been pending security checks for 28 months now with 3 Prima Facia. I filed march 2019, please can anyone give me some hope. Is there anything one can do at this point? Is this a positive sign or negative sign? Thanks, your responses will be appreciated.

oh my god, same thing happening to me too, when did you file i360? I  have same date as yours my interview is this month end.

NY Based too, your vawa cased moved really fast. my PD is August 28th 2020 i30,i485 and i765. 

I got my EAD based on c09 after 11 months

Filled Vawa Sept 2020 end received date was Oct 9th. 

Now they scheduled interview for i30 End of August 😕

If you’re pending security checks, there’s really nothing you can do on your part. Just wait it out…the good news is that in the end you will be approved! Do not lose hope stay positive!👍

Yeah i got my c9 card after 8 months. I tried to reschedule my bio for 360 since i couldnt make it. i still havent received another bio appointment after 3 months of waiting.

 

I hope my interview will be the end of this month too because i have trips coming up. If i reschedule, it may take longer again like my 360 😕

I just did my bio for i360, i guess theres no interview for vawa it only occurs after approval not sure whats going with ours.

@Weldonboy This matter needs legal attention/intervention! Mere advise and suggestions here may not be enough! I read through the narrative and USCIS intent and understood that you confessed to sham marriage. This matter is very serious. It is time to get a lawyer if you believe USCIS has the wrong information or that there is a mix up somewhere! You need God now and a great attorney!🤔

If you are on security background check (most likely FBI) there is nothing you can do to speed the process but your congressperson might help if you keep contacting them,

 and remember the longer your case the closer you come. Good luck 😊
